There were quite a number of stores having storewide sale last week. So I decided it was time to buy a kite which I promised my daughter a long time ago.
How long did we enjoy it? 15-20 min before it plunged to the ground and broke.
I bought a $9 piece of junk, should I ask for a refund?

You should read the smallprint. Was the kit suitable for flying activities? If it was then was it suitable for landing also?
It would be interesting if they wouldn't give you a refund - did they expect the kite to remain airborne for eternity once it had been launched?
