No naming names

Hammy, you commented that I should be naming and shaming some people. Well I have decided not to write full names and company names on my blog.

I think it is not a good thing to shame people in public because:
I don’t want other to do the same to me,
I don’t want to antagonise people,
I don’t want be get sued,
I might 'use' the ‘service’ of those people in the future.

Good on you, Abe.

Maybe it isn't such a great idea to name and shame but businesses must operate in a fair manner. You obviously don't feel unfairly treated enough if you consider that you may use them again.

Go back a few years and word of mouth was very powerful. A blog is just another way of shooting off your mouth so there is little difference there. The power of word of mouth hasn't been lost its touch.

Businesses should be bad-mouthed if they deserve it. People - maybe not so much. Defamation of character and all that.

When I say use, the role will be reversed, I will use them to sell, not to buy the next time. Opps, I said too much already.
